This week I planned my meals using my files, delicious, and the 2009 Cook’s Country Annual. The week is fairly straightforward. I’ve got two nights of choir which necessitate less time-consuming meals. Those meals are 2 and 5. The steak in meal 3 is dependent upon what I happen to have in the freezer.
