  1. brisket, bbq sauce, and roasted potatoes
  2. slow cooker italian-style calico bean soup
  3. trivia/leftovers
  4. stirfry
  5. leftovers quiche
  6. spinach salad
  7. grilled short ribs w/ some veg roasted asparagus

I realized I have slab bacon in the freezer still and that calls for spinach salad.  We’re having company over for meal one and they’ll be bringing a veg and dessert.
