Lamb 2012

During all the craziness of the holiday, we picked up our second lamb order from Zekiah Farms!  We opted to skip the shoulder roasts in favor of more ground lamb – a hard choice to make, but we really love ground lamb! 

We also ended up with a bunch of lamb lives, so I’m going to need to figure out something to do with those beyond just “feed to cats.”
