Yay for another week of the meat CSA! This week came with ground beef, a beautifully marbled chuck steak, 2 pounds of pulled pork, and a dozen eggs.
Art also picked up 4 pounds of sweet Italian sausage and 1 pound of hot Italian sausage. Yum. One of these days we’ll have a random grilled steak night to use up all of these single steaks we’ve been getting.
